Profile

Charles Londy is the Principal of Londy Lawyers.

He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1987. In the same year, his name was entered on the roll of the High Court of Australia, entitling him to practice as a solicitor in any Federal Court.

Charles became a partner in a leading Brisbane law firm in 1990, and was the head of Commercial Litigation department of that firm for over ten years. In 2003, he established the firm of Londy Lawyers.

Since his admission as a solicitor, Charles has practiced predominantly in the area of commercial litigation. Over that time, Charles has brought about the resolution of a great number of commercial disputes and problems, and supervised and conducted a great number of commercial law suits.

In litigation, experience is critical. Charles’ vast experience enables him to readily assimilate and formulate strategies for the effective and efficient resolution and complex factual disputes.

Charles is committed to the vigorous prosecution of legal proceedings where appropriate, but never loses sight of the prospect that a negotiated resolution may provide a mutually satisfactory and cost-effective result.
